All artwork and digital proofs created by Cooperstown Pins remain the sole property of our design team until an order is placed and paid in full. Designs are provided exclusively for the purpose of reviewing, revising, and approving your custom trading pin concept. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Cooperstown Pins artwork without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Design Request & Approval

Submitting a design request does not obligate you to purchase, nor does it guarantee production. Once your design is complete, you’ll receive a digital proof for review. We encourage you to carefully check details such as team name, colors, mascot, and year before final approval. Production begins only after written approval is received and payment is processed.

Pricing & Production Timelines

All pricing is subject to confirmation upon final design approval. Production times may vary based on order size, add-ons, and seasonal demand. Rush options are available when timelines allow but are not guaranteed without prior confirmation. Cooperstown Pins is not responsible for delays due to incomplete information, late approvals, or unforeseen shipping interruptions.

Revisions & Cancellations

Each design request includes a reasonable number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Excessive revisions or major redesigns may result in additional fees. Orders canceled after proof approval may incur charges for design labor or materials already in process. By submitting a design request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms to help ensure a smooth, fair, and creative experience for all Cooperstown teams.
